The University of Mary Marauders

A four-time state individual champion and a five-time relay state champion who helped break the 400 medley relay state record in 2014, Meghan Moriarty was the Brookings (S.D.) High School team captain as a senior and earned team MVP and most inspirational honors in 2015-16. A four-year letter winner at BHS, she also competes for the Brookings Swim Club.
 
A member of the student council, SADD, FCCLA, the German Club, the National Honor Society, a four year member of her high school's honor roll and a BHS athletic scholar, Elizabeth is the daughter of Jean and Gerard Moriarty and intends to major in business administration at the University of Mary.
 
"Elizabeth has the ability to swim multiple events and will be a great asset to our program," said Marauders head coach Allan McCallum. "She will be able to make an impact for us in the fly, freestyle and IM events and brings a lot of excitement to our program."
