Julissa Perales

A three-year standout for the University of Mary after transferring from Columbia Basin College, Julissa Perales joins the coaching staff after a successful career. Julissa appeared in 151 games and started every single one between her sophomore and senior seasons. She hit .310 on her career with 138 hits in 445 at bats to go with 19 doubles, three triples, and 22 home runs along with 106 RBI and 69 runs scored. She compiled a .512 slugging percentage and a .374 OBP with 43 walks and five hit by pitch. Perales was a career .980 fielder at first base with only 12 errors in 605 attempts. Her outstanding play on the diamond earned her a spot on the 2014 1st Team All-NSIC as is a two-time member of the NSIC All-Academic team as a junior (2014) and senior (2015).
 
In U-Mary Division II history, Perales ranks sixth in slugging percentage, fourth in home runs, fifth in RBI, sixth in fielding percentage, and fourth in fielding putouts.
