2015
Started all 55 games for the Marauders. Led the team with a .404 batting average, which was ninth best in conference. Also led the team with 42 stolen bases, 76 hits, 42 runs scored, and 14 walks. Recorded four doubles and one triple to go with 19 RBI. Finished with a .436 slugging percentage and a .448 OBP. Fielded .967 with three errors in 90 attempts.
 
Alana also ranked eighth in conference in OBP, eighth in hits, and second in stolen bases.
 
For her career, Alana ranks fourth in U-Mary Division II history with a .354 career batting average, eighth with a .405 OBP, sixth with 104 runs, eighth with 181 hits, seventh in triples with five, and first in stolen bases with 92.

2014
She was second on the team in hits with 65, third in runs with 38, first in steals with 42, and fourth in fielding percentage at .958. In the 55 games she played for U-Mary she recorded a batting average of .337, earned 10 RBI, a .373 slugging percentage, and a .369 on-base percentage.

2013
Started 43-of-43 games as a freshman…3rd on team with .317 batting average…3rd on team with 40 hits and 4th in runs at 24…led team with two triples…drew 14 walks…3rd on team with .394 on base percentage…led team with eight stolen bases…recorded a hit in first career game on Feb. 8 against Academy of Art…hit first career home run (inside-the-park) against Findlay on March 4…notched season-high four hits (4-for-4) against Concordia (N.Y.) on March 7…hit safely in 26-of-43 games…recorded 10 multi-hit games.

High School
A graduate of Shadle Park High School, Norman competed for four years in both softball and gymnastics. Norman was named All Greater Spokane League four times in both softball and gymnastics. Norman received Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman in softball. Four times Norman was named team MVP in gymnastics. In 2011 Norman captured the Washington State Championship in the vault.

Alana Norman is the daughter of Chris and Shelly Norman. Norman is pursuing a degree in marketing with a minor in business administration.
