Indoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 1000m, placing 12th (2:37.76). Was a member of the DMR at the NSIC Championships that placed 5th. Set a PR in the Mile at the SDSU Classic (4:24.56). Set a PR in the 1000m at the Bison Open (2:34.61). Set a PR in the 600m at the UMary Winter Classic (1:23.69). Won the Mile at the Marauders Indoor Opener in first career race. 
Outdoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 800m, placing 7th (1:55.95). Set a PR in the 800m at the Bison Open (1:55.76). Set a PR in the 1500m run at the Marauders Outdoor Opener (4:06.93), winning the race. Won the 800m at the Blue Hawk Games.

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed 8th in the 800m run at the 2024 MSHSL State Championships. Helped win the 4x400m Relay at the 2024 MSHSL State Championships. Placed 17th in the 800m run at the 2023 MSHSL State Championships. 

PERSONAL: Son of Tom and Tammy Ringhand. Sister Maria competes for Marauders Track and Field. Both parents competed in college track and field. Brother Tucker competes for Michigan Tech Track and Field.
