Indoor - Set PR in the 300m dash (40.65). 
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 400m hurdles (22nd, 1:01.91). Set PR in the 200m dash (24.59), 100m dash (11.87), 400m hurdles (57.92). 

PRIOR TO UMARY 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Track and Field, Football, Wrestling, and Basketball for Nevis HS. Placed 9th at the MSHSL State Championships in the 300m Hurldles in 2023. Named All-Conference in Track and Field in 2021, 22, 23. Track team captain from 2021-23. Track MVP in 2022 and 2023. Football team captain in 2022. 3x Academic All-State member. 

PERSONAL: Son of Bill Rice and Michelle Anderson. Majoring in Cybersecurity Administration. Colorblind.
