Set PRs in the Shot Put (10.59m) and the 60m Hurdles (8.87) at the Bison Open. Set a PR in the 60m at the Dakota Alumni Classic (7.37). Team Captain.
Outdoor – Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Decathlon (4^th, 5794), setting a PR. Also set PRs in the 100m (11.23), 1500m (5:05.60), Discus (29.62m), High Jump (1.76m), and Pole Vault (3.56m) at the NSIC Championships. Set a PR in the 110m Hurdles at the Marauders Tune-Up (16.16). Set a PR in the 400m at the Sunny Day Meet (51.76). Set a PR in the 400m Hurdles at the Al Bortke Open (56.07). Set a PR in the Javelin at the Marauders Outdoor Opener (38.80m). Team Captain.

2023-24
Indoor – Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Heptathlon (12^th, 4058). Set a PR in the Long Jump at the NSIC Championships (6.56m). Set a PR in the 300m at the UND Open (37.14). Set a PR in the 600m at the Dakota Alumni Classic (1:29.84). Set a PR in the 200m at the Marauders Indoor Opener (23.41).
Outdoor – Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Decathlon (10^th, 5345).
