AT UNIVERSITY OF JAMESTOWN

2023-24
Competed in Track and Field and Men's Volleyball at the University of Jamestown. Played in two sets for Jimmies Volleyball, acheiving three kills for a .600 percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Track and Field at Shiloh Christian School. Won 2023 NDHSAA Class B State Championship in 100m and 200m. Placed 2nd in the 4x100m Relay. Set school records in the 100m, 200m, 60m, 60m Hurdles, High Jump (indoor and outdoor), 4x100m Relay, and 4x200m Relay (indoor and outdoor). Region 5 Senior Athlete of the Year in 2023. NDHSCA Outstanding Senior Athlete Award winner in 2023. Team Captain, Team MVP, and Highest Scorer in 2022 and 2023.

PERSONAL: Son of Jeremy and Shannon Harms. Father Jeremy coached Avery in high school and competed in track and field at North Dakota State University. Mother was an All-American Track and Field athlete at Concordia College.
