Kylie Katers SCCC, CSCS, USAW, FMS, RPR, CISSN

Kylie Katers is in her second year at the University of Mary as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant. She will be earning her Master’s degree in Kinesiology in May of 2020. A native from Green Bay, Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a double minor in Nutrition and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2018.

She is Strength and Conditioning Coach certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She is also a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting, Level 1 FMS certified through the Functional Movement Systems, Level 1 RPR, and a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She is also First Aid, CPR & AED certified through the American Heart Association.

Prior to the University of Mary, Katers interned at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and University of Wisconsin – Madison. She has experience competing competitively in both Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. Katers currently serves as the strength and conditioning coach for Men’s Soccer, Swimming & Diving and Softball. She recently earned the 2019 Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association Lance Vermeil Award.
