PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Track and Field and Cross Country at Ellensburg High School. Named CWAC All-League in cross country in 2024. Named to CWAC 2nd Team in track in 2025. Cross country team captain in 2023 and 2024. Track team captain in 2025. Help set school record in Distance Medley Relay. Placed 13th in the 3200m at the WIAA Track and Field State Championships in 2025. Named Kittitas County Elite Scholar. Earned WA State Seal of Biliteracy.

PERSONAL: Son of Matt and Karen Fromherz. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Writing. Sister Holly competes for UMary Cross Country and Track and Field. Member of Students for Life, National Honors Society, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
