2017-2018
Appeared in all 27 games, making 6 starts… Averaged 14.7 minutes per game… Recorded 93 points, 60 rebounds, 24 assists, and 11 steals… Scored a career high 13 points against Bemidji State on Feb. 16… Led the team for the third year in a row in field goal percentage at 62.5%.

2016-2017
Gorder once again was a key reserve for the Marauder team appearing in 28 games off of the bench… averaged 8.8 minutes per game…  He totaled 38 points and 29 rebounds… Scored a season-high 8 points against Peru State on Dec. 7…  Recorded a career high of 5 rebounds against Minot State on Nov. 11… For the second year in a row, led the team in FG% (60.0).

2015-2016
Gorder was a critical bench player for the Marauders appearing in 27 games…  He averaged 9.3 minutes per game…  He totaled 43 points and 36 rebounds on the year… Shot 61.5% from the floor which was a team best… Scored career high of 9 points against Oglala on Dec. 14 and Presentation Dec. 15…

2014-2015
Gorder appeared in 12 games, making 1 start…  Averaged 6.0 minutes per game … Recorded a career high 3 rebounds against St. Katherine on Nov. 21…

PRIOR TO U-MARY
Team captain and two-year starter Michael Gorder of Eagan (Minn.) High School is a native of Eagan and earned Minnesota All-State honorable mention honors as a senior in 2014 while leading the Wildcats in scoring at 18.5 points per game.  A 1,000 point scorer in his career, his efforts also earned him 1st team South Suburban All-Conference recognition.

As a junior, Gorder averaged 21.5 points per game and scored a school-record 39 points against Lakeville South High School and was named 1st South Suburban All-Conference. Gorder also has earned Academic All State honors and was selected to participate in 2014 MBCA All Star Series.

Michael is the son of John and Michele Gorder. He is majoring in Civil Engineering at UMary.
