2013-14
Long range shooter was a key reserve off the bench for the Marauders… Played in 25 games and was in the starting lineup for the first seven contests… Averaged 3.8 points, 0.8 rebounds, 0.6 assists and 0.4 steals in 12.4 minutes per game… Hit double digits in points three times, including 12 in the season opening win over South Dakota School of Mines and Technology… Also had 12 points at Minot State on 11.30.13, knocking down 4-of-10 trey attempts in the game… Made 3-of-6 treys against Minnesota State on 1.31.14.

Saw considerable action as a freshman as one of the first players off the bench… Played in all 27 games, including two starts… Averaged 6.3 points and 1.5 rebounds per game… Shot 32.6 per cent from the floor and 32.2 percent behind the arc… Made 43-of-133 three-point attempts… Scored a season-high 18 points at Augustana on 1.18.13, making a season-high six three-pointers in the game in nine attempts… Made three assists in is career debut against NCAA Division I Milwaukee… Second on team in made threes (43) and attempts (133)… Fourth on team with 10 steals… Reached double digits in points five times… Scored 17 points while making 5-of-10 trey attempts in a 77-63 home win over Minnesota-Crookston on 2.15.13.

PRIOR TO U-MARY
A four-year starter at guard for Omro High School, Brandon Tyler averaged 18 points per game while shooting a blistering 40% from behind the arc as a senior in 2011-12. The Oshkosh, Wis., native also broke the 1,000 point barrier during his senior year. He was named first team all-conference as well as conference player of the year. Tyler also earned all-state first team honors and played in the WBCA Senior All Star Game. Tyler was recognized as one of the top 20 players in the class of 2012 in the state of Wisconsin, according to wishoops.com.

As a junior in 2010-11 Tyler averaged 14.3 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game while leading his team to a record of 21-2. His efforts earned him first team all-conference recognition and honorable mention all-state honors.

Tyler also lettered in golf three seasons and competed in track & field as a senior, finoshing second at the state championships in the high jump. He also qualified for state in the long jump.
