Matt Hall is the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the University of Mary. Prior to joining the University, Matt served as a strength and conditioning coach for the U.S. Army where he worked with the Air Assault program within the 101st Airborne at Ft. Cambell.
Previously, Matt worked in professional baseball for over 12 years with the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, as well as MLB China. He served as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach, Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach, Major League Rehab Coordinator, and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for MLB China.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, his master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler and is currently obtaining his PhD from Liberty University in Exercise and Sport Science. Matt and his wife Emma are from Cincinnati, Ohio.Â
