Jamal Jones is entering his first year at the University of Mary as a Graduate Assistant, before joining the University of Mary’s strength staff, he worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for MSU Denver. During his time at MSU Denver, he served as the primary strength and conditioning coach for Cross Country, Track and Field, and Men’s and Women’s Tennis.
Jones has also spent time as a strength and conditioning intern at William Woods University (2017), Maryville University (2018), and MSU Denver (2018).
Jones is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified performance specialist through EXOS, FMS level 1 certified, and completed the level 2 Reflexive Performance Reset course.
