After one season working with the University of Mary wide receivers and a second with the offensive line, Connor Menown was named the Marauders Tight Ends/H Backs Coach in December of 2017.

Menown enters his 3rd season with the Marauders football program in 2018 after serving as the wide receivers coach in 2016 and the offensive line coach in 2017. During the 2016 season, Menown coached three receivers that finished the season averaging over 15 yards a catch.

In the spring of 2017, he transitioned to the offensive line, helping the Marauders offense finish second in the Northern Sun in rushing offense, an improvement of nine slots over the previous year.

A native of Springfield, Missouri, Menown played four years at William Penn University from 2012-2015 where he was a two-year letter winner on the offensive line for the Statesmen. Menown earned 2015 Daktronics-NAIA Football Scholar-Athlete accolades his senior season at William Penn University. Twice he earned conference all-academic recognition; from the Mid-States Football Association (2014) and the Heart of America Athletic Conference (2015). Menown was also a member of the 2012 Mid-States Football Association Conference Champion team. Following commencement, Menown was selected to the 2016 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.

A 2016 cum laude graduate from William Penn University, Menown earned a degree in physical education with an emphasis in strength and conditioning, along with a coaching endorsement. Shortly after graduation, he had the opportunity to serve as a guest coach at the Charlie Strong Texas Longhorns Football Camps in Austin, Texas.
Menown is currently pursuing his master’s degree in physical education and athletic administration from the University of Mary.
