2022 (Senior)
James started all 44 games that he played. He earned a team second-best slugging percentage of .545 and had 48 hits, 32 RBI’s, and 7 homeruns. He had a season-high 4 RBI’s against Minot State, the last time they played.

2021 (Junior)
As a junior, James earned a Gold Glove as the best second basemen in the NSIC recording only one error fielding .993. James started 40 of the 41 games and stole 9 bases and being second on the team in walks with 18.
 
2020 (Junior)
Martin saw action in 10 games at second while leading the Marauders in stolen bases (5) and walks (8) before the season got canceled due to Covid-19.
 
PRIOR TO UAMRY
James Martin transferred to UMary from Miles Community College where he started 104 games in his two years for the Pioneers. Martin tallied 96 hits, 27 stolen bases and hit .304 in his two seasons, while finishing with Miles with 72 wins.

James Martin comes to the University of Mary from Missoula, MT. Martin enjoys hunting and fishing with his family in his spare time. James is majoring in Business Administration.
