Joe Hallock

Hallock joins the Marauders as a Graduate Assistant for the 2019-2020 season. Hallock previously coached Bismarck State College for the previous two seasons.

He served as the hitting coach at Bismarck State; Hallock helped produce 2 NJCAA All Americans, 3 All-Region and 9 All conference players in his two years. Over the two seasons Bismarck state improved its OPS by .148, leading the MonDak conference in SLG during both seasons. Hallock helped coach an offense that set single season school records for AVG, SLG, OBP, HR, 2Bs and runs scored over the 2 seasons. The Mystics posted winning seasons in both years, winning the MonDak Conference during the 2018-2019 season.

Hallock started his collegiate career at North Iowa Area Community College from 2012-2014. He participated in the Junior College World Series during the 2012-2013 season, as well as being recognized as an academic all American during 2012-2013 campaign. He continued his baseball and academic career at Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota from 2014-2017. While at Concordia Hallock served as a team captain. Hallock played in collegiate summer leagues, participating in the Jayhawk League for the Hays Larks and in the Western Major Baseball League for the Melville Millionaires.

Hallock, a native of Fargo ND, attended Shanley High School. Son of Dan and Kristi Hallock and has a brother, Lane.

Coach Hallock is currently attending University of Mary to attain his doctorate in physical therapy graduating in 2020.
