2023 (Senior)
Torborg played in 32 sets and 13 matches while starting one of them. She recorded 27 kills on the season, averaging 0.84 kills per set. Defensively, Torborg had 17 blocks and 14 digs. Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2022 (Junior)
Played in 60 sets and 19 matches while starting 16 as a junior. Battling through an injury in the middle of the season, Torborg still made an impact when on the court as she collected 94 total kills (1.57 per set). Hit a career-high 11 kills twice in 2022, first on September 3 versus Cameron and later again on September 17 against Minnesota Crookston. Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team. 

2021 (Sophomore)
Torborg played in 94 sets and recorded 103 kills throughout the season. She also racked up 21 service aces and a team-high 49 blocks. Torborg had a season-high nine kills against Bemidji State University.

2020 (Freshman)
Fall Season canceled due to Covid-19.  Played in all four matches in the spring of 2021 and is currently tied for the most blocks on the team with 5.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
High School
Emily Torborg is a two-time varsity letter recipient and was named captain her senior year at Lakeville South High School. Torborg was recognized as a JVA watch list and Under Armor All-American watch list her junior year. During her Senior year Torborg was once again selected for the Under Armor All-American watch list. Torborg was also nominated All-Conference and selected for the ACVA All-Region Team her senior year.

Torborg plans to major in Elementary Education while at UMary.
