Two-time all-state performer for Des Lacs Burlington High School (2020, 2021)… three-time all-conference and all-region (2019-20-21)… team captain… Three-time team offensive player of the year (2019-20-21) and two-time team most valuable player (2020-21)… selected to the Blue Gray All-American team… As a senior ran for 1,520 yards, had 117 receiving yards, scored 18 touchdowns, made 41 tackles and intercepted a pass in 2021… As a junior (2020) ran for 1,406 yards, had 162 yards receiving, scored 18 touchdowns and made 57 tackles… as a sophomore (2019) ran for 789 yards, had 55 receiving yards, scored 11 touchdowns, made two interceptions and had 65 tackles… finished career with 47 touchdowns, 3,715 yards rushing, 334 yards receiving, 165 tackles and three interceptions… also runs track… Involved in FBLA, student council… youth swim instructor… volunteer for nursing homes, food drives, food pantry, homeless shelter, youth football… National Honor Society… Son of Jason and Kari Rist… Majoring in Exercise Science at the University of Mary.
