Punched his ticket to the 2023 NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships after recording a second place finish at the NCAA DII Super Regional V in the heavyweight class… Did not place at Nationals… Took sixth place at the Younes Hospitality Open… Finished fifth at the Yellowjacket Open. Compiled a 23-13 record.

PRIOR TO UMARY
After a storied high school career; where he accumulated over 160 wins, Luke Tweeton has decided to call the University of Mary home. He is coming to Bismarck from Frazee, Minnesota. Luke is a three time state placer; claiming 2nd in 2020, 2nd in 2018, and 4th in 2017. He won the prestigious “Rumble on the Red” tournament in 2019 and also holds a Northern Plains Greco Roman title. He is the son of Dan and Tracey, Luke plans to study Criminal Justice when he gets to campus in the fall.
