Devin competed at 149 lbs posting a 17-15 record. He claimed the title at the Northland Open and earned 3rd place at the Cobber Open. Devin tallied two major decisions, one technical fall, and five pins on the year.

2019
Devin wrestled at 149 pounds for the majority of the season as a redshirt until he had the opportunity to step in the starting lineup at 157 pounds. He earned a 16-12 combined record at the two weight classes, with five pins, two techfalls, and two major decisions. Devin placed 5th at the Jamestown Open, 3rd at the DWU Open, 6th at the Dragon Open, and 6th at the North Country Open. Devin Competed at the at the 2019 Super Regional V Tournament.

High School
Devin attended Bismarck HS in North Dakota. Devin was a four-time letter winner, two-time WDA Champion, three-time state medalist, and a 2018 NDHSAA State Champion during his 114 win career. He shared in success with his team becoming a four-time Dual and Three-time Individual North Dakota State Team Champion. Devin was also a USA Wrestling Nationals All-American, and a Monster Match National Champion.

Son of Richard and Candice Steidler. Devin will pursue a degree in Nursing at the University of Mary.
