Biography

2020-21 (Sophomore)
Webb earned NSIC All-Conference after finishing at NSIC Championships in the 100 IM with a time of 59.80. She was an NSIC All Scholar Athlete. She won the 100 IM in the UMary Pentathlon. She won the 200 medley and the 100 breaststroke against Northern State. Webb set a school record for the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:05.79. Webb set a school record for the 50 breaststroke with a time of 30.64.
 
2019-20 (Freshman)
Webb won the 100 breaststroke against SMSU. She won the 100 breaststroke against Augustana. She won the 100 breaststroke against Northern State. She won the 50 breaststroke in the sprint pentathlon against Northern State. She won the 100 breaststroke in a quad meet against MSU Moorhead, MSU – Mankato and SMSU.

Rylie attended Minot high school in Minot, ND. She was a 4x ND State HS Qualifier and State Finalist. State runner up (100Br/200IM).
