2018-2019
Cross Country
In his junior season of cross country, Jonathan showed more improvement and placed 15^th at the dragon twilight. He also improved his Griak time by over a minute. Jonathan helped the team at regionals by finishing the 10k in 32:27 and having his best race of the season. During track and field Jonathan ran the 5k and improved his time by 5 seconds running 16:17.
 
2017-2018
Cross Country
When he returned for his sophomore year after a long summer of training, Jonathan’s time improved dramatically. He ran a best of 19:54 in the 6k and 26:31 in the 8k. He was the 7^th runner for the conference and region team in cross country. He helped the men place 4^th at conference with a 27:12 6k.

2016-2017
Cross Country
During his freshman season of cross country, Jonathan ran a best of 21:12 in the 6k and 27:35 in the 8k.
 
Indoor & Outdoor
In his freshman year at University of Mary, Jonathan Bressler ran a personal best of 9:20 in the 3000 meters and 16:23 in the 5000 meters. He also ran an outdoor personal best of 4:19 in the 1500 meters before officially becoming a full time distance runner.        

PRIOR TO UMARY
Prior to attending the University of Mary, Jonathan moved from Williston North Dakota where he ran track and field and cross country for 2 years. He also played football at the same time that he did cross country. While participating in both sports, he managed to place 25^th in the state meet his senior year. He attended and graduated from Williston Trinity Christian School in Williston North Dakota and is currently majoring in psychology while minoring in biology. He is the son of Dave and Tacy Bressler.
