The University of Mary Marauders

2017
Colleen started in all 55 games for the University of Mary as a junior playing both third base and catching.  With another powerful year, “Crutch” had 9 doubles,1 homerun,  scoring 20 times and driving in 22 runs.  Defensively, she had 102 putouts and 67 assists while garnering a 2017 NSIC Second Team All-Conference award. She was also named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2016
With 78 putouts and 33 assists on the year “Crutch” started 49 of the 50 games she played in. Offensively, she had a very strong year with 11 doubles and 9 homeruns.  She also registered 36 hits with 17 runs and 30 RBI’s added to the fine year.

2015
Starting 51 of 53 games played as a freshman, “Crutch” had 35 hits scoring 24 times with 11 doubles, 1 triple and 5 homeruns and 22 RBI’s. Splitting time from behind the plate and some third base, she helped the University of Mary defense with 171 putouts and 43 assists.

PRIOR TO UMARY
A prep standout hailing from Oregon City, Colleen was considered as one of the better catchers in the state of Oregon. A three-year member of the varsity team, the catcher was twice named all-league.
 
The daughter of Milt and Kathi Crutchfield, Colleen will graduate with a degree in secondary education from the University of Mary.
