BISMARCK, ND – The last weekend of September features a bevy of University of Mary athletics home events. The Marauders volleyball team plays at home for the first time this season, football hosts their Tackle Childhood Cancer game and hockey plays two games at home plus an alumni game.
Additionally the wrestling team hosts their 10
th annual Dean Walker Memorial Throwdown intrasquad scrimmage.
MARAUDERS VOLLEYBALL
Following 11 matches on the road to start the season, Marauders volleyball plays in front of the home fans for the first time in 2025 on Friday and Saturday, September 26-27, at the McDowell Activity Center. UMary opens the weekend with a visit from Winona State University at 6 pm on Friday. On Saturday the Marauders face #13 Concordia-St. Paul at 1 pm.
MARAUDERS FOOTBALL
UMary football hosts Northern State University in Northern Sun action on Saturday, September 27. Kickoff for the Football Alumni Day and Tackle Childhood Cancer Game between the Marauders and the Wolves set for 2 pm at the MSU Resources Community Bowl.
UMary invites all its football alumni to the game. Former Marauders football players can pick up complimentary tickets at the UMary Alumni tent in the tailgate area for themselves and their family.
Farstad Oil is the alumni tailgate sponsor. Farstad Oil and Brave the Shave are the gameday sponsors for the Tackle Childhood Cancer game.
Visit the Brave the Shave in the tailgate area beginning at 12 noon and learn about what they do for the community and how they have assisted over 200 families in our community. Brave the Shave will raffle off two golden football signed by the Marauders football team. Fans can also help contribute to Brave the Shave during a Miracle Minute fundraiser between the first and second quarters during the Tackle Childhood Cancer game.
MARAUDERS HOCKEY
UMary hockey continues their 7-game home stand with a visit from the University of Colorado on Friday and Saturday, September 26-27, at the Starion Sports Complex Schwan Cadillac Rink in Mandan, ND. The first meeting of the weekend between the Marauders and the Buffaloes is set for 7 pm on Friday. The 2-game series concludes on Saturday at 5 pm.
Additionally former Marauders hockey scholar-athletes will play an alumni game at 3 pm on Saturday, September 27, before the UMary-Colorado game.

th place team finish at the 2025 NCAA Division II championships, UMary wrestling makes their public debut at the 10
th annual Dean Walker Memorial Throwdown on Saturday, September 27. The intersquad scrimmage starts at 11 am in the football tailgating area at the MDU Resources Community Bowl.

Tickets for seniors (ages 65 and older) and youth (ages 13-18) are $7.50 plus taxes for football and tickets for volleyball, soccer, hockey, men's and women's basketball, wrestling, swimming & diving, tennis and baseball are $5 plus fees.
Children under the age of 13 are free when accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children ticket prices are $5 plus fees.
