BISMARCK, ND – A big home stand awaits the University of Mary volleyball team as they host the University of Minnesota Crookston on Friday, October 25, at 6 pm in the McDowell Activity Center. UMary then welcomes Bemidji State University on Saturday, October 26, at 2 pm.

- Fans who purchase tickets online receive a discount over tickets purchased at the gate. Single-game adult volleyball tickets are $10 plus fees when fans buy online at www.UMaryTickets.com or via the Hometown Fan app. Tickets for seniors (ages 65 and older) and youth (ages 13-18) are $5 plus fees.
- Single-game volleyball tickets purchased at the gate are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and youth.
- Children under the age of 13 are free when accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children's ticket prices are $5.

KAIA SUEKER MARADUERS ALL-TIME DIGS LEADER
Kaia Sueker achieved history for the University of Mary volleyball team as the Marshall, MN, native is now the all-time NCAA digs leader for the UMary.
Sueker currently has 1657 career digs, 91 more than the previous record holder, Alex Brown (2013-2016). Sueker surpassed Brown in the Marauders match against Winona State University. She had a season-high 23 digs against the Warriors.
STAT LEADERS
Charli Blackman leads the Marauders in kills with 167 and is second on the team in digs (177).
Kaia Sueker has the most digs on the team (297). She ranks 6
th in the NSIC in total digs and 7
th in digs per set (4.37).
Maddy Freed has dished out the most assists with 639. Freed is 7
th in the conference in total assists and assists per set (9.40).
Gabby Caskey is second on the team in blocks (37) and has the second most kills (163) on a team-leading .251 attack percentage.
McKenna Kirkpatrick leads the team in blocks (40), averaging 1.33 blocks per set.
LAST TIME OUT
UMary fell to #22 Northern State University in three sets.
Gabby Caskey recorded 11 kills on a .250 hitting percentage.
Chloe Solheid had the most digs on the team with 14.

UMC is 4-13 overall and 1-8 in the Northern Sun. The Golden Eagles are one spot below the Marauders in the conference standings at 13
th. Right-side hitter Maya Jones leads the team in kills with 155. Setter Bailey Teveldal has recorded 520 assists to lead UMC. Middle hitter Emma Malek has the most blocks (36) on the Golden Eagles. Libero Kailee Waasdorp has posted the most digs (296) on the team.
OPPO RESEARCH – BEMIDJI STATE UNIVERSITY
BSU is 5-12 overall and 0-9 in the Northern Sun. Outside hitter Ashley Crowl leads the Beavers in kills (178). Setter Emily Wade has recorded the most assists (522) on the team. Middle blocker Rylie Bjerklie leads BSU in blocks (53). Libero Jada Wlodarczyk has posted 240 digs to lead the Beavers.
THE STAFF
Abby Pollart returns for her fourth season as the head coach of Marauders Volleyball. Joining Pollart, also for her fourth season in the program, is assistant coach
Bree Spenner, as well as
Madeleine Callicoat in her first season as a Graduate Assistant Coach.

MARAUDERS PICKED TO FINISH 12
TH IN THE NSIC
The 2024 NSIC Volleyball Preseason Coaches' Poll projected the Marauders to finish 12
th in the Northern Sun this upcoming season. Last season, UMary took 12
th in the NSIC after finishing the season with a 9-19 record overall and a 4-14 record in conference action.
NSIC PLAYER TO WATCH
The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced that returning fifth-year senior
Maddie Cooper is the player to watch for UMary for the 2024 season. Cooper is the Marauders leading returner from last year in kills (204), kills per set (2.04), blocks (77), blocks per set (0.75), and hitting percentage (.230). The Fargo, ND, native also provided UMary with 24 serving aces and 50 digs last season.
