MANDAN, ND – In their final home game of the season, #1 University of Mary used an overwhelming second period to skate past visiting #11 Dakota College at Bottineau 7-1 to capture the first Dakota Cup title. The victory was the 12

Kyle Hayden with a power play goal just 74 seconds into the final period. UMary ensured there would be no comeback by Dakota College by scoring two more goals. Joining Garrett, Heckaman,
