BISMARCK, ND –
Kam Warrens posted a dozen points for the University of Mary, one of four Marauders to reach double figures in an 88-55 loss to visiting MSU Moorhead in Northern Sun action.
Warrens added four rebounds and added two assists to his 12 points. It's the third time the senior forward has paced the Marauders in points this season.
Deven Franks came off the bench to contribute 11 points. The sophomore guard was perfect from the field, hitting both treys and making 3-of03 from the floor. He finished 3-for-4 at the line.
Zyon Smith and Treton Mattern both scored 10 points for UMary (4-2 overall, 1-2 NSIC).
The Dragons (7-2, 2-1 NSIC) scored first and never trailed in the contest. Jaden Stanley-Williams led MSUM with 20 points. Gavin Baumgartner added 19.
A four-game home stand continues for the Marauders on Tuesday, December 6, when UMary hosts Dickinson State University in a non-conference game. Tip off is slated for 5:30 pm at the McDowell Activity Center.
