BISMARCK, ND – The last home weekend of University of Mary men's basketball and the return of Marauders hockey headline an exciting weekend for UMary athletics. Here's a rundown of home attendance policies for the remaining four Marauders home games of February.
UMary Men's Basketball vs. Minot State University | 6 pm, Friday, Feb. 19 | 4 pm, Saturday, Feb. 20 | McDowell Activity Center
Attendance at University of Mary home basketball games is restricted. Games are not open to the general public and tickets will not be sold.
Basketball attendance operates under the Lottery & Family Attendance Only policy. UMary student-athletes and coaches are allowed to distribute a limited number of will-call passes to family members and fans. An additional number of will-call passes are distributed to University of Mary students and faculty & staff as determined by a random lottery selection process. A limited number of will-call passes are also available to the visiting team with distribution determined by the opposing head coach.
Entrance is through the Lumen Vitae University Center only. Doors open one hour prior to competition.

All spectators are welcome to attend Marauders hockey games. Tickets will be sold to the general public at the gate only, beginning one hour prior to face off. Attendance is limited to 75% capacity of the Schwan Cadillac rink. Tickets are $10 for adults. Tickets for students ages 13-18 are $5. Children 12 and under are admitted free. Additionally all UMary student and faculty & staff are admitted free with their MCard.

Game Attendance Requirements for Spectators (Basketball and Hockey)
Screening & Personal Protective Equipment –
- All fans attending UMary games will be screened prior to their entrance into the McDowell Activities Center.
- The screening location will be at the Lumen Vitae University Center – McDowell west entrance and the main entrances to the Schwan Cadillac Rink at the Starion Sports Complex and the BSC Aquatic & Fitness Center.
- Screening will consist of a temperature check and several COVID-19 questions.
- Those in attendance will be expected to wear a mask, or appropriate face covering, throughout the venues at all times.
Will-Call Passes
- No tickets will be provided for admission into a Marauders sporting event.
- The names of the approved spectators will be on a Will-Call list at the main entrance to each venue.
- The Head Coach of each team is expected to submit their will-call list 24 hours prior to the contest.
- Spectators will be expected to maintain six feet separation to comply with county, state, and CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and large gatherings while gaining admission into and Marauders athletics event sites.
Concessions
- No concessions available at home events at the McDowell Activity Center. Fans are allowed to bring in outside concessions at the MAC.
- Concessions are available at the Starion Sports Complex.
In-Game Considerations
- Masking is required for all spectators in attendance regardless of state and local guidance. Additionally, fans must follow all Covid-19 safety, sanitation, and social distancing guidelines
- Fans in attendance are not permitted to sit or stand within at least twelve feet of the bench area, working staff, and playing surface.
- Fans in attendance are strictly prohibited from congregating on the playing surface before, during, and after the event.
- There will be no game day programs or printed stat sheets provided during the event.
