WEST FARGO, ND – The University of Mary swimming team picked up a pair of wins in a quad dual hosted by MSU Moorhead. The Marauders claimed wins over MSU Moorhead (147-141) and Southwest Minnesota State (183-91) while falling to Minnesota State – Mankato (190-97).
Andrea Lee led the way for the Marauders, picking up two events wins and breaking a pool record in the 1000 free.
Victoria Murillo also won two events.

Mackenzie Houston, and Breena Delegge got the day started for UMary with a fourth place finish in the 200 medley with a time of (1:50.94).
Andrea Lee won the 1000 free with a time of 10:42.95, beating second place by over 11 seconds.
Victoria Murillo won the 200 free with a time of 1:56.14.
Kate Murphy claimed fifth in a time of 2:04.55.
Alyssa Boese earned a fourth place finish in the 50 backstroke with a time of 28.45 seconds.
Rylie Webb claimed second in the 50 yard breaststroke with a time of 31.46.
Mackenzie Houston finished in fourth in the 100 yard butterfly. She posted a time of 1:02.20.
Breena Dellege was second in the 50 yard free, recording a time of 24.82 seconds.
The Marauders went first and second in the 100 free. Murillo took first with a time of 54.08 with Delegge finishing right behind her in second with a time of 54.29.
Rylie Webb won the 100 yard breaststroke in a time of 1:07.96.
Andrea Lee dominated the 500 yard free, winning in a time of 5:13.53, over four seconds faster than her opponents. Lee not only won the event, she set a new pool record, breaking the previous best by 2.9 seconds.
Houston earned a third place finish in the 50 fly in a time of 27.58 seconds.
Alyssa Boese earned a fifth place finish in the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 2:16.65.
The Marauders closed out the day with a third place finish in the 200 yard free relay in a time of 1:41.03.
UMary will now turn their focus to the NSIC Championships to be held February 12-15 in Bismarck, ND.
