Mary responded with four runs in the bottom of the first. Travis Stevens knocked in a pair of runs on a single and Darius Barlas had a two-run double to pull the Marauders within 5-4.

The Wolves opened up a 7-4 lead with accc two-run home run from Lorenz in the second. The NSU leftfielder added another two-run home in a 7-run fifth inning that sealed the win for the Wolves.
