This Week: The University of Mary Volleyball team returns home for their annual Dig Pink Weekend when they host Upper Iowa University on Friday, October 16 at 7 PM, before taking on #25 Winona State University on Saturday, October 17. The Marauders will then host their upstate rival Minot State University on Tuesday, October 20, for Campers Night, at 7 PM.

The Records: The Marauders (8-10, 3-6 NSIC) had a brutal tour of Minnesota where they faced three nationally ranked teams over two weeks. U-Mary has dropped four straight matches to #1 University of Minnesota Duluth, St. Cloud State University, #3 Concordia University St. Paul, and RV Minnesota State University. The Peacocks (9-9, 3-6 NSIC) split their match on the road last week with a loss to #6 Northern State University and a win against Minnesota State University Moorhead. The Warriors (9-7, 3-6 NSIC) have faced tough competition up to this point and defeated MSU-Moorhead last week before falling to Northern State. The Beavers (3-13, 0-9 NSIC) are still searching for their elusive first win as they, too, lost to Minnesota State and Concordia-St. Paul last week.

History: U-Mary is 4-11 all-time against the Peacocks with Upper Iowa claiming victory in the past nine matches. The Marauders are 2-12 against the Warriors with Winona State taking the win in the past 10 meetings. U-Mary is 6-7 against the Beavers with the Marauders taking the win in the first meeting earlier in the season.

Last Week: The Marauders took a tour of Minnesota, starting with a match against the top-ranked team in the nation. Minnesota Duluth won in straight sets over U-Mary as the Marauders struggled to get the offense going. St. Cloud State then played host to U-Mary with the Marauders claiming a win in the only meeting in 2014 but couldn't find the right combination to secure another win and fell in straight sets. The Golden Bears were next on the list and U-Mary was again overwhlemed by the third ranked team in the country, followed up by a visit to the Mavericks where U-Mary couldn't snap the skid and eventually fell in their fourth straight match.
