Fayette, IA – A shutout by Brady Anderson highlighted the University of Mary's efforts at 6^th-ranked Upper Iowa University. U-Mary picked up three individual wins but the Marauders were unable to match the depth of the Peacocks in a 36-9 loss.
 
Anderson dominated Brock Grobin at 184, winning 6-0. The senior from Hamilton, MT, grabbed an early lead and controlled the match defensively. Anderson improved to 9-3 with the victory and is 4-0 in duals this season.
 
Trailing 9-0 after the first two matches, Trevor Johnson picked up the Marauders first win of the night at 141. The All-American rolled past Matt Paulus 11-5.
 
Landon Della Silva dominated the third period at 149 for a second straight victory for U-Mary. The Marauders senior broke a 4-4 tie with an escape before exploding for a take down and near fall combination that gave him an insurmountable lead in a 10-4 win over Jordan Rinken.
 
Leading just 9-6 after four matches, Upper Iowa would win four of the next six matches by pin fall to run away from U-Mary. The nation's leader in pins by team, the Peacocks would win five matches total on the night by fall.
 
The Marauders slip to 1-3 overall and 1-2 in the Northern Sun. The Peacocks are 4-2 and 1-0.
 
U-Mary next faces #13 Minnesota State University on January 18.
