Turner, Dorr Lead Marauders to Exhibition Win Over Another Level Blue Angels

Bismarck, ND – In the opening act of the year, University of Mary seniors Josh Turner and Alex Dorr led the Marauders to an 84-77 exhibition win over Another Level Blue Angels. Turner led all players with 28 points and Dorr added 19.
 
Turner excelled from the outside, draining five treys in eight chances. The guard from Aurora, CO, also went to the line 11 times and made nine.
 
A native of Norwalk, IA, Dorr hit 8-of-13 shots and made both his free throw attempts. Deadly inside, the senior forward was 7-of-8 inside the arc.
 
Blake Maslonkowski was the third Marauders player in double digits, scoring 10 points and added seven rebounds. The sophomore forward made all four field goal attempts and both free throws.
 
Two newcomers added eight points apiece for U-Mary. Freshman guard Brandon Tyler added two assists. Junior forward Marc Musungayi led all players with eight rebounds and two blocks. Sharing time at the point, Mike Johnson and Noah Stewart each had five assists.
 
Luke Enos scored 15 points to lead Another Level and Andrew Ready, Paul Richards and Elvis Dowiels each added 14. Also in double figures was Kenny George with 12.
 
Next for the Marauders is an exhibition game at NCAA Division I Creighton University on November 2, one of the top-ranked teams in the nation.
