Making her third straight appearance at an NCAA championship event, sophomore D'Andra Morris claimed All-American honors for the second time this calendar year in the triple jump after first doing so at the NCAA indoor finals in March. The Kingston, Jamaica, native placed eighth and earned the first points this weekend for the UMary women's team. Morris was consistent throughout the day, sitting anywhere from sixth to eight in the standings. Her most explosive effort was her third when Morris propelled herself 12.46 meters. Three of her marks on the day exceeded the best mark of the ninth place finish.
