This week's NDPF Male Athlete of the Week is Krece Papierski. Papierski had a phenomenal stretch at the plate to help the Marauders to 4-1 in their final week of play. Papierski went 10-17 with 13 RBIs, scored 6 runs, and drove two doubles and a home run for an incredible slash line of .588/.667/.882 for an OPS of 1.549. He drove in multiple runs in all five games, had two 3-hit games, and had at least one hit and one run scored in each game last week. The catcher from Craig, CO finished his sophomore season with a .347 batting average, 7 home runs, 7 doubles, 45 RBIs, .981 OPS, and threw out 13 runners on the base paths.Â
