The University of Mary Marauders

This week's NDPF Female Athlete of the Week is Sakena Massiah. Massiah helped lead the Marauders to the women's team championship this past weekend at the Al Bortke Open. Massiah blazed her way to a provo time in the 400 meter dash, winning the event with a college-best time of 55.51 seconds. She ranks 27th in the country in the event. Massiah was also part of the winning quartet in the 4x100 meter relay, winning the event in 47.31 seconds with Morgan Hertz, Taylor Weidner, and Arianna Passeri. Massiah is a sophomore from Bridgetown, Barbados.
