This week's NDPF Female Athlete of the Week is Ryleigh Wacha. Wacha was a big part of the Marauders dominating weekend in the MAC which consisted of an 80-56 win over Upper Iowa on Friday and a 75-49 win over Winona State on Saturday. Wacha scored her career-best 23 points while shooting an efficient 80% from the field on Friday. She also grabbed four rebounds, three assists, two steals, and blocked a shot. On Saturday, Wacha followed her career night with 10 points, seven boards, and two assists. Wacha averages 9.3 points per game with a 46.6% shooting percentage. She also averages 5.1 rebounds per game, 2.6 steals per game, and shares the team-high for 1.4 steals per game with Carly Kottsick. Wacha is a sophomore from Fargo, ND.
