Rachel Phelps (Fr., Moorhead, MN) had a strong match in front of her hometown fans, earning wins in singles and doubles in the University of Mary 7-2 loss at MSU Moorhead. The freshman from Moorhead, MN, teamed with Megan Bosch to claim a narrow 9-8 win over Jenna Galstad and Jamie LaCoursiere in #2 doubles. Phelps then claimed another narrow win in the #5 singles match, going to the tiebreaker to defeat LaCoursiere 6-4, 0-6, 10-8.
