Scott joined the University of Mary in the fall of 1991 out of her hometown of Billings, MT as a freshman on the first softball team led by eventual Marauders Hal of Fame Head Coach Brad Walsh. Though the 1992 squad posted a losing record, Scott was named the program’s Hardest Worker and earned a spot on the All-North Dakota College Athletic Conference (NDCAC) team. By the next season, the Marauders were a powerhouse as Scott led the team to a 27-8 record and the first of 13 straight conference championships. Scott again earned All-NDCAC recognition and All-District 12 honors as the Marauders made their first-ever trip to the NAIA World Series, winning one of three games in Columbia, MO. NDCAC and District 12 champions again in 1994, the Marauders were ranked as high as #20 in the nation and finished 26-6. The outfielder capped a stellar career in the 1995 season, earning NAIA All-American 2nd team honors, the first player to do so in program history. Scott was also the team’s most valuable player and claimed All-NDCAC honors for the third time.

The daughter of Willard and Sandi Scott, Tracy graduated from the University of Mary in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in secondary education. The longtime Activities Director (17 years) and head softball coach (11 seasons) at Billings (MT) Central Catholic High School, Tracy is currently works for the City of Billings as the parking manager.
