Jennifer competed for the Marauders in basketball and track, but it was basketball that earned her recognition as one of the best players in the DAC-10.

During her four-season career, Jen led the Lady Marauders to three conference championship titles, and the team played in four NAIA national tournaments. An aggressive, intense player, with great rebounding, scoring and passing capabilities, Jen is still the No. 2 all-time rebounder. She also is the No. 11 all-time scorer and ranks 18 all-time in assists.

Majoring in athletic training and then physical therapy, Jen was named an NAIA Academic All-American twice. After completing her playing career, Jen was a student coach for U-Mary’s 2000 NAIA national championship team. Coach Roger Haug notes, “The contributions Jen made to Lady Marauder successes are immeasurable. She was one of the greatest.”

Jen, who received her master’s degree from U-Mary in 2001, is a physical therapist at Rugby Hospital in Rugby, ND, where she lives with her husband, Dan.
